This service (the "Service") is a B2B digital marketing service that posts content supplied by the Client (an overseas brand or business) to Japan-based social media accounts, and optimizes that content for Japanese audiences. The Service is intended exclusively for business clients; it is not a consumer-facing product.
The Client warrants that it holds all necessary rights to any content (video, images, text, etc.) submitted for use under this Service. The Client grants Reach Japan Lab a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute such content on the designated social media accounts for the duration of the subscription.
We operate manually and do not use bots, fake engagement, automation, VPN spoofing, proxies, or credential resale. We post from real Japan-based devices and SIM cards operated by Japan-resident individuals. If a platform policy changes, we may modify or suspend the affected part of the service.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content submitted to Reach Japan Lab complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws of TikTok, Instagram, and any other relevant platform. Reach Japan Lab bears no responsibility for content provided by the Client.
The Service is billed monthly and auto-renews on the same day each month from the date of sign-up. To cancel, notify us at admin@reachjapanlab.com at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Reach Japan Lab provides posting and content optimization services only. We make no guarantees regarding follower growth, view counts, engagement rates, algorithmic reach, or any other performance metric. Service delivery timelines may vary based on operator availability and platform conditions.
All invoices are denominated in USD. Currency conversion at the time of Stripe payment may affect the amount charged in the Client's local currency.
Reach Japan Lab is not liable for any damages arising from content provided by the Client, nor for any impact resulting from platform algorithm changes or account suspensions beyond our control.
We do not support clients whose products or content involve illegal goods, counterfeit products, adult content, gambling, weapons, regulated drugs, prescription products, tobacco or nicotine products, financial scams, hate content, or anything prohibited by Stripe, TikTok, Instagram, or applicable law. We review client products and content before accepting payment.
Japan-local satellite accounts used for the Service are created and managed by Reach Japan Lab for technical and operational reasons. Login credentials are not shared during the active subscription. This restriction exists to protect geo-signal integrity: if the Client accesses the account from an overseas device, that device's foreign location signals, SIM carrier data, and network information would overwrite the Japan-local signals established by our operators — rendering the service ineffective. The Client retains 100% ownership of its brand, trademarks, submitted content, and product materials. Full account credentials are transferred to the Client upon cancellation. Transfer, archival, or deletion terms must be agreed in writing before or during the subscription.
After payment and receipt of required assets, we normally begin account setup within 2 business days and start posting within 5 business days. Service delivery consists of account setup, Japan-local manual posting, caption and hashtag localization, posting records, and weekly reporting. Delays may occur if the client does not provide required videos, captions, logos, URLs, or account instructions in a timely manner.
We will not publicly use the Client's brand name, logo, account handle, screenshots, performance data, or case study results without prior written permission from the Client.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, with the Sendai District Court as the court of first instance.
Reach Japan Lab shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: changes to platform algorithms or policies by TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party platform; platform-side account restrictions or suspensions not caused by the Client's content or instructions; natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or other events of force majeure. In such circumstances, we will notify the Client promptly and work to restore the Service as quickly as reasonably possible. If the Service cannot be resumed within 30 days, either party may terminate the subscription without penalty.
Name and company name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details), and the content of any inquiry you submit.
Information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication with you. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties, except as described below.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service — including Stripe (payment processing) and Google Drive (content storage). We do not sell or rent your data. Subcontractors we engage are contractually required to handle data appropriately.
Clients located in the EU or EEA have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact admin@reachjapanlab.com.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Data that is no longer needed is deleted promptly.

Due to the nature of a monthly subscription service, refunds for the current billing period are not issued once payment has been processed.
Exception: If no posts are delivered within the first billing cycle due to a failure on our part, a full refund will be issued upon written request to admin@reachjapanlab.com. This exception applies only to cases of zero delivery caused by our operational error, not to dissatisfaction with content performance or platform algorithm results.
If an account is restricted for reasons not caused by the Client's content, product category, or instructions, our standard remedy is account replacement and make-up posting — not a cash refund. If we are unable to deliver the agreed posting service at all due to our operational failure, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
To cancel, email admin@reachjapanlab.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
